Rule #1: Don’t be so easily defined…

First thing you should know is I don’t work for you based on where you are. I work for you based on where you are going. Meaning, I will always see your business/brand bigger than you can. Whether it’s business mentorship or creative direction I will help you amplify and accelerate your voice in the online space.

I always promise two things:

 

1. To challenge you

You don’t pay me to be nice, you pay me to challenge you. I will activate you first and then push you to the unknown until you realize that is where you were always meant to be. That means, this relationship won’t work unless we both leave our egos at the door and focus on always learning.

2. To help you build a life, not just a living

You can have all the authority and money in the world and feel so lonely. I don’t want that for you, or anyone for that matter. Working with me as your mentor, I will encourage you to focus on all aspects of life as that is the only way to truly live in fulfillment.

My name is Morgan, I love simple things and believe less is more in life and in business. I am coffee obsessed and enjoy staring at the ceiling listening to music. I am a ball of energy who is always told to stop stomping on my heels and talking so loud. I am not scared of change, in fact I thrive in it, and push others to chase the unknown as well.

I believe good things happen to people with good hearts who hustle. I own this like a badge of honor. But I also know we can all get caught up in growth and start to maybe feel a little empty inside.

A lot of entrepreneurs lose control of their steering wheel because they fail to focus on the life stuff:

→ Spirituality
→ Health & Fitness

Yes, I want to help you scale your business, and we will do that. However, I also want to help you shift the narrative you have within yourself in order to help you build a life you love.

I know investing in your business can sometimes feel daunting… but I also know that I would not be where I am today without the mentorship I received along the way. I appreciate long conversations with clients, diving deep on strategy and the occasional FaceTime call where they show me their newest condo they just bought :) I do not tolerate laziness or victim mentality. I never built my business from this behavior and my clients will not either.

→ Do you offer 1:1 mentorship?

Yes I do. I mentor only a select few individuals/small businesses a year. I am highly selective with who coach personally as my mentorship transforms the direction of your life. I have to believe in your business and you. I look for discipline, ownership and passion in my clients. If you think you are the right fit, please apply here.

→ How do you qualify the people you 1:1 mentor?

The first step is filling out an application. Then we have a long conversation over Zoom like we are having coffee together. I will get to know everything about you. The story about why you are where you are, the places you want to go, and your dreams that feel bigger than yourself. I will definitely teach you things, map out where you are headed, we will laugh, maybe cry and then together we will see if you and I will be the right fit. → You have a lot of free time. How?

I have created many systems that has helped lower overhead and reduce stress. I believe in doing less, and having more. The key to happiness is simplicity.

→ We are a different time zone does that matter?

Nope! I have clients all over the world.

→ What is the best advice you have about entrepreneurship?

1. Hard works beats talent when talent doesn't work hard 2. Be a good human.
